Article 1 – Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Brick2Car (“the Site”), registered at [address]. These products are intended for persons aged 8 and over. They contain small parts that may present a choking hazard to young children. It is strongly recommended that an adult supervise the use of the product by minors to ensure a safe and optimal experience. Brick2Car offers kits made up of high-quality plastic bricks, allowing customers to assemble car models with precise and innovative design. Each kit includes a complete set of parts, detailed assembly instructions and, in some cases, additional accessories to customise the final model. These products are aimed at building enthusiasts of all ages, offering both a fun experience and a unique decorative object once assembled.
Article 2 – Prices
2.1
The prices of our products are displayed in euros (€), pounds sterling (£) or dollars ($) inclusive of all taxes (VAT and any other taxes applicable on the date of the order). These prices include delivery charges, meaning that products are shipped with “free delivery”. However, they do not include any customs duties or other local charges that may be applied by the destination country.
2.2
For orders dispatched to a country other than metropolitan France or the European Union, customs duties or other local taxes may apply. These additional charges, where applicable, are calculated and collected by the local authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
For orders shipped within the European Union, customs duties generally do not apply where the product value is below €150 (excluding shipping and insurance). However, VAT remains applicable and may be claimed by local authorities or the carrier upon delivery. We strongly advise customers to check with the relevant authorities regarding applicable charges before placing an order.
If the customer refuses to pay such charges, the parcel may be held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases, only items returned in good condition may be eligible for a refund, less any shipping costs incurred.
2.3
All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros, pounds sterling or dollars, depending on the currency selected at the time of ordering.
2.4
Brick2Car reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the rate applicable at the time the order is confirmed, subject to availability.
2.5
Products remain the property of our supplier partners until full payment has been received from the end customer. Once products have been dispatched and delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for them. The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer upon physical receipt.

6.3
Refunds may only be requested once the item has been delivered. We are unable to process refund requests for orders that are still in transit. Before placing an order, please bear in mind the estimated delivery times, which are generally 2 to 3 weeks. No refund will be granted if the item arrives too late for a planned occasion, such as a wedding, party, or special gift.

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. If the product is incomplete, damaged, or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.
