Refund Policy

You can request to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, please email us at contact@brick2car.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and its packaging.

In case your item is missing bricks or instructions, don’t worry! Simply send us an email  and we’ll provide you with a PDF guide via email or work together to find the best solution. Please note that refunds are not offered for these situations.

Refunds can only be requested once the item has been delivered to you. We cannot process refund requests while your order is still on its way. Before making a purchase, please ensure you take the delivery time into account and plan accordingly. Our products typically take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. Refunds are not offered if the item arrives too late for a planned occasion, such as a wedding, a holiday celebration, or a special gift.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and complete, with all packaging intact (e.g., sealed bags containing parts should not be opened). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and verify the returned item. If the product is incomplete, damaged, or shows signs of use, we may adjust the refund amount accordingly.
